My Story
Let me tell you a little story:
In November 2016 I went to my very first Scentsy party for my best friend. I had never tried it. Shoot, I’d never even heard of it until then! I ordered the Stargaze warmer and Black Raspberry & Vanilla wax. I was hooked.
Fast forward to November 2017. I hosted my own party. I got over $200 worth of retail products for about $125. I was mind blown. People loved this stuff.
Fast forward to February 2018. I decided to join Scentsy! I was scared yet fueled to do good because I didn’t want to fail. I had my launch party and I reached Certified Consultant status from that party! My launch party was a huge success and I truly wasn’t expecting it to do that well.
Now we are in July 2018 and we are going on vacation to Panama City, FL. We went on a helicopter tour, swam with stingrays and sea lions, went on a dolphin watching tour, ate all you can eat crab legs and so much more! Guess what? Scentsy paid for all of it!
Fast forward to July 2019. I’m still a consultant and we are headed to San Francisco for a week for vacation. San Fran is not cheap! We didn’t have to figure out how we were going to pay for it because I had my Scentsy income. Scentsy paid for the entire trip! From airfare, to lodging to the rental car, to food to excursions it was all thanks to Scentsy. We visited Alcatraz, took a sunset cruise between the Golden Gate Bridge and Bay Bridge, hiked Muir Woods, ate dinner at award winning restaurants, took a city bus tour, went to Monterey and Santa Cruz, went to a Giants baseball game, went on a whale watching tour, touched the Pacific Ocean and so many more memories! All of it thanks to Scentsy!
I ask myself why am I a consultant? I’m not a salesman. I’m still not a salesman. I’m me. I’m honest. I tell it like it is. If I don’t like a product, I say that. If I don’t like a scent, I tell you. I’m a consultant because it’s fun. It gives me financial freedom. It gives me the luxury of eating money from my couch and pj’s. It lets me be me! It offers me opportunities to earn amazing trips and be with amazing people who love the products as much as I do.
